Refund/Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds: Refunds are not provided for services already rendered at Elysium Aesthetics and Wellness. However, if you are dissatisfied with your treatment, we encourage you to reach out to our team to discuss your concerns. We are committed to addressing any issues promptly and finding a satisfactory resolution.


  • Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or no show's will result in a $50 charge to the card on file.

  • For packages or prepaid services, please refer to the terms and conditions outlined at the time of purchase. Cancellation policies for package services may vary depending on the specific package and its terms.
  • To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact our office directly during business hours or feel free to modify your own appointment. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
