Absolutely! Please note that rules vary regarding your insurance and HSA/FSA that we are not privy to. We are unable to guarantee that your transaction may be approved/reimbursed. This will be something to discuss with your insurance provider.

whether you are a GLP-1 client or receiving hormone replacement therapy, our provider is happy to come to your home and assist in ensuring you are comfortable with your injections. Each visit will be a $50 charge due prior to this added service. Please note that the majority of our clients do not find this service necessary as our step by step instructions are detailed and thorough.

These medications are not FDA approved formulations, but the hormones used are FDA- approved and obtained from FDA-inspected facilities. additionally, compounding pharmacies are regulated by state boards pharmacy requiring purity and consistency of medications. Commercial pharmacies only use FDA-approved and mass-produced hormone formulations.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Refunds: Refunds are not provided for services already rendered at Elysium Aesthetics and Wellness. However, if you are dissatisfied with your treatment, we encourage you to reach out to our team to discuss your concerns. We are committed to addressing any issues promptly and finding a satisfactory resolution.
- Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or no show's will result in a loss of your $50 deposit.
For packages or prepaid services, please refer to the terms and conditions outlined at the time of purchase. Cancellation policies for package services may vary depending on the specific package and its terms.
