• Refunds: Refunds are not provided for services already rendered at Elysium Aesthetics and Wellness. However, if you are dissatisfied with your treatment, we encourage you to reach out to our team to discuss your concerns. We are committed to addressing any issues promptly and finding a satisfactory resolution.

• Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or no show's will result in a loss of your $50 deposit.
